1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2In a bowl, mix eggs , sweetened condensed milk , vanilla , and pumpkin puree . In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour , salt , and Pumpkin Pie Spice and Mixed Spice .eggs: 2 (lightly beaten), sweetened condensed milk: 14 oz, vanilla: 1 tsp, pumpkin puree: 2 cups or 1 (15 ounce) can, all-purpose flour: 2 tbsp, salt: 1/2 tsp, Pumpkin Pie Spice: 2 tsp, Mixed Spice: 1/2 tsp

3Stir dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into the pie crust.

4Bake in the preheated oven ⏱️ 10 minutes . Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking ⏱️ 45 minutes , until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool on a metal rack.
